Why can't I see the swatches on my store?

A: If you're unable to see the swatches on your store, please follow these steps:

Activate the Embed App: Ensure that you have activated the embed app in your theme customization settings. To do this:

  1. •Go to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. •Navigate to Online Store > Themes.
  3. •Click Customize for your current theme.
  4. •Click the App embeds section on the left list.
  5. •Look for Swatch Display's embed app and make sure it is enabled.

I activated the embed app, but still I can't see the swatches on my store. Why?

A: Please follow these steps:

Verify that your Swatch Settings were saved correctly: Make sure you saved your Swatch settings inside the Swatch Display app. To do this:

  1. •Open the app from your Shopify admin panel.
  2. •Click Preview, then choose a product with variants.
  3. •Verify that the swatches appear as you configured them, if not, configure your swatch and save again.

I activated the embed app, and verified the Swatch configuration. But I still can't see the swatches.
